Theoretically.. I presume after the third renewal youโll start looking very suspect to the subjective officers who have to award you the TN
I have 4 with 4 different employers, each renewed way after expiration date (stayed inside the US with a valid i94) Just renew it every 2 years, after the third time is already 6 years on the same company.. by then you should either leave or they should bring you in with PERM as EB2
