I recently got a job offer letter (Senior Data Engineering position) from NortonLifeLock, Culver City, LA, CA. I am from Portland Oregon with 4+ years experience(H1B). My recruiter says 145k base, 10k RSU, 10% yearly bonus, 10K sign on bonus, with other basic benefits : Insurance + 401K + ESPP (15% discount) etc. I don't know the cost of living in LA, CA and when I compared the above numbers with other software companies in LA, I see huge differences. And from Glassdoor- I saw very low numbers. Can someone please help me, I like to know the maximum base pay or TC that Norton pays for this role. And why this company pays very low compared to other software companies?. #NortonLifeLock #CulverCity#SeniorDataEngineer#CA #software #engineering
Nice choice - NLL is the apex tech company right now.
Sometimes I can’t understand if it’s sarcasm or reality smh
NortonLifelock just had layoffs so be careful. They're cost cutiting constantly.
Norton lifelock is known for low balling people having you work lots of hours
