Career moves to boost TC

Beginning a new job soon but unsure of where to go with it. I always like to plan my next move as I start the last. Can't code presently,wouldn't mind picking a little up if I could use it here or there but I'm not a SWE. Typically program managing, consulting, etc. Looking to max TC with decent wlb to raise my family and build something for them I never had.

Starting new as "Global Process Owner".

I would like to stay above 200k from here on out. Target in 5 years: 400k TC.
