Has anyone worked with HCL? This vendor does not play nice at all and is rather unethical. I heard they were in a bid situation with another vendor who won the bid for the contract HCL already had. The new vendor wanted to make offers t existing employees but HCL told them to wait till the staffing timeline expires. Sounds pretty sleazy to me. What do you think?
All you’ve listed is hearsay and maligned the company with no direct knowledge. This is why people get sued.
I thought cisco was the only company stupid enough to allow their Indian managers to steer $$$ to HCL? HCL makes Wipro look competent.
I had HCL teams and although not highly competent they did the job. Accenture was a totally different monster though. Their management is expert at squeezing the last bit of your budget by overinflated work leading to a disastrous delivery of projects. Watch your back.
Doesn't suprise me at all...HCL is a terrible company, no ethics what so ever. Basically they just move bodies around.

There was a post on LinkedIn Recently about HCLs shady practices. I would be careful. Was over 3,000 views and had a lot to do with mismanagement Post mysteriously went away...
That post was very interesting. Lots of venting but mixed in with alot of the self promotion and comical exaggeration was very serious truths. Too bad they clouded the truth. All that stuff needed to be said. It did raise concerns with LI management.

I’m Sooo Happy about Biden signing TikTok ban bill today!!
Usually, if the vendor squeezes money 💰 both ends at client and employee, work suffers and gets black listed. Don’t believe HCL
