Hi, I got verbal offer from Microsoft, Redmond this week for SDE2 level 62. Base: 140k RSU: 90k (Over 4 years) Sign on: 25k YOE: 7 Is there a room for negotiation? Recruiter mentioned, sign on bonus is not negotiable. Can someone guide me what range should i use to negotiate? I don't have competing offers but more onsite interviews lined up next week.
They'll be open to negotiation if you have additional offers.

RSU could be a tad bit higher, but overall a good offer. Looks like top of the line for SDE2. They won't budge unless you have a competing offer. Good luck.
Doesn’t hurt to ask in negotiation (worst case is they say no) but that does look like a solid offer. Suggest you say “I would accept an offer of x” with your counter.
You shouldn't settle for less than 150k base 150k stocks over 4 years and 50k signon bonus. There are many posts where people reported these numbers. Btw do you have competing offers? That would make things easier.
It’s a good offer, you can ask for higher stocks if you have counter offers. Else I doubt Microsoft would budge.

Levels.FYI have data points where people have got 75k stocks per year. Some are 100k per year.
