What the... ? Please tell me this company values IC’s more than this... Inverse pay bands (lower is more money) but translates to a 2nd level manager for top IC pay band. Glassdoor shows Distinguished Engineers / DMTS averaging $150k. Night and day from AT&T whose management level engineers have 4 levels: - Senior (1st level mgr) $120k cap - Principal (2nd level mgr) $160k cap - Lead (Director) $220k cap - Distinguished (VP) $280k cap
Are these caps for base salary or TC? How's the bonus/stock structure?
