Because of occasionally weak signal & bad coverage, I was switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. 🔜 🔘Went to their website📱# transfer page✅ 🔘Checked edibility✅ 🔘Started transfer online✅ 🔘Was asked to create an account✅ 🔘Signed in✅ 🔘Asked to create a secret Q for security✅ 🔘Asked to enter secret Q to sign in again✅ 🔘Caught in ♾ TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS loop❌ 🔘Tried to check out account details❌ 🔘Tried to check out profile & others❌ 🔘Cleaned cookies/switched browser❌ 🔘Changed devices/networks❌ 🔝Restarted steps & tried everything again❌ Searched the Internet and found some posts on this “authentication process” issue. Seems people are having this 💩 with online bill pay, apps, streaming... everything. Like this: https://forums.verizon.com/t5/General-Products-and-Services/HBO-GO-App-Log-in-failues/td-p/856374 Somebody said Verizon outsource their entire IT/Dev departments. Is that true? I guess I’m staying with T-Mobile. 🔚
