Is the interview process or pay different for the neurodivergent program from regular SWEs? If I can get the regular SWE role is it better for me to not reveal that I am neurodivergent?

Id assume neurodivergent would be protected under the disability class, and if it weren't, it'd be risky to try to defend that it's not in court.
Everyone is eligible for accommodations regardless of how they got to Microsoft, though. I've experienced this first hand.
Edit: I could only find information for internships or recent graduates, so apologies in advance if you don't fall into either of those groups.
