I am going to attend a negotiation round sooner with GCP, India for a Cloud/SCE role (level not revealed yet).
My current
TC: 30 L, no stocks and no competing offers in hand.
YOE: around 10
On an initial note I asked for 55L
How should I negotiate at this round? Can I ask for a base sal of 55L and ask for L5/L6?
Pls suggest.
