You need to articulate the offer more precisely in the description. You don't have an offer got $175k. You've an offer for $175k base and yet to get numbers on bonus and stocks. Those are two very different offers.

nmwV13 OP Jan 21, 2020I don't have a written offer yet. The recruiter called me and asked me if that base was in line with my expectations. This is for Bay area.

On avg, stocks are as much as base divided over 4 years for beginners in the bay area. Not sure how does the break up looks like for 175tc.
My offer is 175 base + bonus. Stocks i haven't been told yet.
