Always wondered how options get transferred when this happens.
The vesting process is accelerated for certain tiers of stocks: like stocks with the vesting date today + 3 years are converted into cash and acquiring company stocks based on the schedule e.g you get access to next 25% every 6month. The rest of unvested ( vesting in 4 years and after) are forfeited
I wonder how many Plaid employees are gonna leave 😂
They will have to stay with Visa for some time to be able to cash their stock
