Looking for advice/thoughts on my visa situation. H-1B 6 month timeframe ends December 2023. My current company started I-140 process this year. Ideally i-140 must be submitted with USCIS by December 2022. I’m not sure if I should switch jobs now but have couple of interviews lined up with Amazon and Capital One. Please keep in mind process to submit I-140 with USCIS can take up to 9 months(best case scenario). I’m worried if switching jobs now is a good idea or not? If anyone has been in a similar situation please share your thoughts. Thank you!

My application was submitted in less than 2months. But unfortunately, I got randomly selected for audit so I didn't gain anything eventually.
I’m in a similar situation myself
Use premium processing.
Does the new company start the whole process from start ?
After that wait for 6 months and then leave this company

I sort of outgrown my current role and was glad to have these 2 interviews. It’s hard to stay put and do nothing because of visa complications :(
