Just got my visa transferred to a new company and they wish to send me to China for training. I understand that I will need stamping before entering the US. My lawyer mentioned that my case could go in administrative processing since China is not my home country. This means I will have to travel to India but I love china and chinese people so i want to be in China after the training. Has any Indian here tried visa processing at US consulate in China? Any thoughts?
Wow interesting there are even Indian people who like China

Tipping culture is really getting out of control! Waiter gave me โa lookโ because I tipped her 10% for โBAD service!โ
If your stamp from previous company hasnโt expired AND you have your current companyโs approved I-797, then you donโt need re-stamping. Just show your valid stamped visa and current i797 at port of entry in the US upon arrival and you should be fine.
Good catch. My previous company stamp will expire before my trip
