Google Program Manager Pay

I was recently offered a L4 Program Manager role in SEA with a 1st year TC of $211k. Is this reasonable? I have around 6 years of work experience, 5 of these as a Program Manager/TPM.

I have a slightly higher TC right now at Amazon. They should at least give me something better, right? Why would I move to a place giving me lower pay?

That is probably how you got to this number. IMHO I think you might be underlevelled then for g standards

I pushed back and got my TC up to 218k. I’m surprised your TC is lower than mine given that you’re a TPM. I’d negotiate more if possible.
