Got offer from G bayarea. i am in seattle FB. G manager said, he will be supportive for remote ( Google kirkland,WA office) in case G announce some remote office policy past June 2021.
#question does any team at G allow remote office employee pre covid.
#G employee what do you think, G will be supportive ( announce policy) to work from remote office. assuming 50% companies in Market will announce similar policy sooner or later.
#question 2: what % that vaccine approved and reached to all empolyee, i think it is hard. hence what are chances that current WFH Google policy get extended.
TC: #220 base, 1M stock, 100K joining location: bayarea

1. promo is largely depends on the need, I know G project is in great need of help, i had done same thing in the past. 2 yrs at G is more than enough to show the impact bring the project alive from dead to get to L7.
2. G team is highly inexperienced ( no offence) but in this particular field and area. even Sundar had accepted it publicly. Hence the importance is of work is much higher in G.
3. At the end its all math and probability, if you gamble correctly you win, but you might fail as well. I had seen both success and failure in the past.
Since you would presumably be joining as a TVC, for legal reasons, you are not treated the same as FTE (as far as access to information etc).
