Hi, anyone quit while on loa?
Whats the process, do I still have to come back for 2 weeks?
E. G. if I should be back on May 15th. Whats the latest i have to give my notice not to be back in office if i would be starting in new company on May 10th.
Do they even care if i give 2 weeks while on LOA? if 2 weeks are much more before my return date.
Thanks

Why do you have an unpaid leave? Many people take it paid for depression under disability.
I think when giving a notice, under 1w the flag is automatic in the interface for the manager, between 1w to 2w it's optional. I'm not sure if over 2w it's restricted in more ways. Not a manager here.
And my manager is out of office, and I wanted to give him heads up before i quit. So am trying to figure out if I have time to wait to tell him or do I send email today :/
