Bonus in GS can quickly become 0 if your manager doesn't like you. There is no objective process followed to give bonus. Try being buddies with your manager and boot licking ofcourse.
Wlb depends on team. Some orgs are chill others are crap. Most of them are crap.
Tech stack is older than dinosaur fossils. I was in Risk Tech and you have to work with old inhouse tech that has no value outside. This includes secdb, slang etc
For Walmart
Tech stack is definitely better than GS.
I joined here 3 months back so don't know much about culture and teams. However I can confidently say that wlb is always team dependent
