Have offers from both CarGurus and Upstart. Really leaning towards accepting Upstart based on TC and the work seems exciting and lots of learning and growth opportunities. Also, i’m interested in Fintech and I like the use case for Upstart providing access to more affordable credit using AI. However, I also value work life balance and time with family. Any engineers at Upstart that can give me an idea of your experience so far? Stress level, work load etc. Also, are these offers on par for current market?

A lot of BNPL products exists in the market, though affirm does have a first player advantage I don’t really believe in 3X-4X in that space. They are not profitable yet.
Upstart had a rock solid last year, unique technology, going to get into mortgage ( just entered in auto) and profitable!
