Got a 450k offer without negotiation. Should I ask for more? I put 450 as my expected comp at the first place and don’t have a competing offer.

I have about 4 years of experience with an MS in Computer Engineering and an MBA I currently work as an Sr. integration Architect at Philips in Massachusetts and my base is 116K and this is after Some serious negotiations. I seriously cannot believe we reside on the same planet how do you guys manage to even get over 300K base without negotiating?

You will work for 14 hrs a day. You should ask for a breakdown. TC 450 with all types of bonus is low. Hedge funds TC with performance bonus can be up to million or more. Your base should be around 300
