Is UK Prince Andrew above the law??!!

i was suprised after watching netflix series Jeffery Epstein- Filthy Rich, that Prince Andrew also sexually abused under aged girl. but why he has not been put on trial??? is he above the law just becasue he is a ‘royal’ member ? he should be extradited to USA and be put in jail.

plus i thought UK is a democratic country but why it still has Queen and Royals?? especially the criminal royal Prince which is still at large.
