Which companies in Seattle have a good work life balance and offer high compensation for SDE roles?

I saw many bad reviews for FAANG like bad culture, PIP, low compensation. As a SDE 2, what is the best place to work with high compensation in Seattle area with good work life balance and looks good on your profile

So cant guarantee TC every year
Some orgs are super βcustomer focusedβ, so you wonβt have a lot of time learn about tech stacks or new technologies as much
Some orgs have some free time, they encourage active learning and innovation(although you gotta stick to the MS in house softwares/tools preferably)
Growth itself, you gotta adapt to your orgs culture. It is still a very top down company. Your relationship with your manager play a big part in your rewards, and your manager/his manager can change things whenever they want to.
Although recent SSAs in 2021 seem to be a HR driven decision, with minimal input from the managed(whichβ¦i feel like its worse, coz your actual work seem to have less affect on it?)
