Hello #paypal folks. I have an interview lined up with PayPal and my recruiter mentioned that I will be considered for T25 only given my experience. I was wondering if PayPal categorizes level based on yoe? If you were able to negotiate level, could you please share some pointers?
Recently promoted L62 ( which recruiter doesn’t know). 8 yoe + masters.

1: what is an average refresher grant at t25 and t26?
2: how was the relocation assistance(RA) pre Covid? I would like to move to San Jose or Austin and trying to gauge if I should be pushing for RA. Also would PP adjust my salary based on location?
T26 yearly regreshers can be 55 to 90K
Relocation is purely based on negotiation no set rules 0 to 40K
