Call on candidates to boycott company recording practice during interview
They need respect your privacy and law.
Reached out by recruiter from Wayfair.
Were told need to go through a video interview.
Surprised to find that their interview provider do recordings for the whole interview time.

I don't trust small brands unless its big. Real time video communication are sufficient for technical assessment. Do recordings seems redundant. Call on everyone to boycott recordings companies and ask them to respect your privacy. I will quit their interview if companies do not provide other options other than recording dependent.
