Google Cloud vs Snowflake - Sales roles

I’m a seasoned veteran sales rep looking at Google Cloud and Snowflake.
I understand GCP is a much larger organization while Snowflake is ~900 people total. Snowflake is also single threaded with their Data Warehouse product while GCP has an entire cloud portfolio to lean on. Snowflake is white hot in their space and I could make a lot of $$ there, while GCP has a capped compensation model but is expanding their business rapidly.
I’d be interested to hear what other think about moving to GCP vs Snowflake, if compensation wasn’t a factor.

And is this 250% of OTE or at 250% of quota your variable shuts off?
I imagine this still means one could make 500k-750k or so but capped commissions always make me nervous about the culture being less sales oriented then I'd personally prefer.
