WHERE DOES THIS EXIST? - 100% remote (mostly WFH, not insane travel) - $100k base, any amount for bonus (AM maybe $100k base, $30k bonus. AE, $100k base, bigger bonus. I’d settle for $90k base $90k bonus for AE role) - over 70% of team hits quota - Account Executive or Account Manager - East Coast/New England (MA/RI/CT area specifically - 401k match - Glassdoor Reviews 3.5 or up, good culture, no crazy turnover extra context: im in a full remote role making good money for me but the benefits could be better, the product is not improving with the competion, and the leadership is volatile. I am able to get and advertise for an AE or AM role. Thank you!

Why waste time leaving this comment? I like working earlier and being with my family more instead of that time wasted on small talks and commutes. I know I’m asking for a niche set of offerings that’s why I’m here. Also don’t sell yourself short. There’s travel positions at $300k+ if you don’t care about any of these things I listed.

Depends on your YOE. $200k OTE in sales on east coast is very normal for people with 4-5+ yrs experience.

WFH is pretty standard with most tech sales jobs since you have a particular territory to cover. They only force inside sales people to be in the office. In all of my jobs at various companies, I only come in when I want to. Which company are you applying to?
I am midwest 100% remote. TC 325 + Ann bonus of 25+. If I can do that in the Midwest aka the armpit of America, it can be done on the east coast.

It will take a few years, but it’s over. Sorry. Dell will absolutely ruin Pivotal. It will happen slowly, but the company will eventually be unrecognizable, fortunately by that time there will probably be a new pivotal labs that doesn’t suck.
