How much time does a Microsoft CSA have for himself. Whats the WLB like? Also how is he regarded by the C levels he meets?
I think it's pretty good, considering I never see any of my CSAs and they never come to calls, especially ones that might involve conflict or selling the customer on something. I also would not assume you spend any time with anyone on the C level
