Recruiter following up after Google PM loop:
"Waiting on the last interviewer to understand if you will move to the next step."

Is this canned or is this factual? If it's factual, that makes me think there's a chance I am actually moving on which I wasn't expecting. I am well aware this might be a generic way to say we're still waiting for the feedback to finalize the loop.

Any Googlers have ideas?

Interviewers usually get nagged for feedback before your interview is even over, but they're often too worried about their own perf to prioritize your feedback.

Also, sometimes recruiters ask interviewers for initial feedback and then ask for detailed feedback 24 hours later if the hiring committee needs more signal. Sometimes, people get rejected before all feedback is solicited, so at least you aren't going to be a strong reject.

In today’s age and that too at Google, shouldnt the feedback be all digitized and timely? You need a useless human to wait and followup with the panel?
