    It’s tricky. Straight from MBA is L6 but way down the band. You might make more as an L5 experienced hire than a grad hire L6 (if not M7 mba).

    That said, I have 7 YOE (1 post mba), non coding engineer, and I was recruited for an L6 PMT and am in process. That said, my 1 year post mba is as a technical product manager at a legacy tech company. Either way, go for L6 for sure.
