Can y’all suggest a role that is more hands on in security?

I currently work in infrasec (no longer at oracle) and I’m making dashboards, setting up security tooling/processes/standards, and performing risk assessments on random SaaS integrations. It’s a lot of gathering requirements, paper pushing, alignment meetings, config coding, as well as project planning. I’m so bored especially because I’m not really learning new security concepts or the latest vulns/threats/tactics. This isn’t what I got in this industry for…
Any ideas for a speciality I should switch to? Appsec? Blue team?
The other requirement is it has to have high TC potential. I heard consulting is fun but the TC doesn’t cut it.
Current TC 260k 6 yoe in security.
