Wait for IC3 or 4 at LinkedIn (non-tech PgM) or take Amazon offer?

PgM role an IC3 at LinkedIn (MCOL area, remote) but "will consider IC4", but I have 2 pending offers that "expire" before LI can get back to me next week. Twitter IC5 (165k) and Amazon IC-something (182k). Not sure of the level at AMZN. Twitter open to extending but Amazon says take it or leave it, Bla bla bla. Are LinkedIn IC3 roles good enough to wait on it or should I just take other offers?

Current TC @ Meta (remote MCOL): 135k. 8 years experience.

Tough. I'd choose LinkedIn over Amazon, but it's hard to turn that down with no guarantee they will come through. If you don't care about Amazon too much you can accept then renig if LI comes up with a better offer.

Thank you. I hadn’t considered taking the job then reneging if LI comes through. I’m a little torn on Twitter v Amazon as I understand the WLB is waaaaaay better at Twitter but also Amazon is likely to have a brighter future and has better brand name rep.

Amazon can be good work and career growth in the right teams. WLB can be great or terrible, again depending on the team. I liked a lot of that, just had other problems with them. They have plenty of good products and continued innovation as the business grows. I'd say Amazon over Twitter as long as you are excited by the team/product and go in with open eyes about how their comp works.

I'd take LI over them unless you were super confident and excited about the team.
