Hi, any idea about how much Walmart lab pays for an ETL developer in Bangalore for SSE position. YOE: 9 TC : 66L (32L fix + 9L bonus + ~24L stocks)

Op, Walmart isn't stock heavy... So for sse role matching ur CTC would be very difficult from wat i have seen
The max I have seen for Walmart sse is around 60 lpa.
I just wanted to get an overview, would it be possible to share the range in terms of fix, bonus, and stocks for SSE 9 years? And does Walmart gives the actual stocks or only amount worth some stocks?
You have to target Staff position to get a compensation Hike. SSE Base 25-35 range,25% of base bonus 25%of base stocks Staff Base 30-50,25%Bonus,45%stocks
Is 24 lpa RSUs including stocks appreciation ? How long are you with MS ? Also why Microsoft to Walmart ? Why not Microsoft Redmond ?

Any idea how it translates if someone is moving from US back to India? My friend had his third attempt at H1 and he didn't get picked. So he is moving back to Bangalore. He is an X4 in ML/AI side as senior data scientist, does that translate to IN4? He gets around 160k as base. What can he expect? Asking because he's not on blind. What if he is promoted to X5 in this cycle, how would it change then? Is it negotiable because he's a top performer here in his team in Sunnyvale, or is it a fixed band and you get the same level of penetration. On levels.fyi it showed him 65k as base for the IN4 role which comes up to 50 lakhs. Is this accurate? He wants to decide because he has time to move to non profit research labs which don't have a cap on H1 or switch to PhD. If the salary is comparatively good then he doesn't mind staying and waiting for L1. Please let us know!! Thanks Edit : 4.5 yoe
50 lakhs is more high end staff level salary. For in4 expect max 42 lakhs. Apart from that standard bonus and RSUs percentage
