Walmart Labs India or OCI? Both are for Bangalore location.
Gave my last round of OCI interview and full onsite rounds for Walmart Labs today. Both went quite well. Which one should I pick? Or should I just go with whoever pays more? TC : 20LPA Yoe: 3.5
Looking at recent glassdoor reviews of walmart Labs India, OCI would be better.
OCI is a place to learn and grow. Go for it as you’re in India so visa is not a concern
Once you receive both offers, can you update them with breakup.
OCI outside Seattle is not really OCI. You shall certainly learn a lot more at Walmart Labs

OCI offered around 32 LPA, 26 base and 650 rsu over 4 years
Walmart had offered 22 Base 5 performance bonus, 2L joining bonus and almost no stocks. I've joined OCI. Let me know if anyone needs referral for the bangalore location, we are in a hiring frenzy right now
How much is oci paying in India ?
I am yet to get the figures. Edit: got the verbal offer today. They said they will go over 30 for sure and will do me one better than Walmart. Still waiting to hear from Walmart though
Make sure you read Walmart offer correctly. They add four year stocks as annual comp. That's is not correct to inflate numbers. Get those sorted out with HR before taking decision. I know people who left because of this aberrations.
