Walmart Labs SDE 3 job offer bangalore
I have following doubts: Is it worth joining the Walmart labs ? How is the future of e-commerce when compared to cloud technologies ? Is it best Walmart can offer ? How is the growth and hikes in Walmart as I heard in OCI there are no hikes? I got a verbal offer for 29lpa fixed (base + pf + gratuity), and 4 + 4 lakhs joining bonus( for two years). 20% of base as performance bonus 20% of stock every year ROLE offered : SDE 3 not same as senior software developer YOE: 3.10 Current Total Compensation: 25 lpa fixed ( base + pf + gratuity) Stocks: 5lpa per year.( approx.)
