Very bad work culture. Managers think they own you. Teammates back stab each other and compete by working 12+ hours and licking managers ass. Try going into their ecommerce. Supply chain is filled with a former WITCH employees.

As someone who had worked in walmart before, I can completely resonate with what's being said here. Bastard managers have made the company so toxic, it fumes H2SO4 in the air. It's one of the most horrible places to work. #ThisIsThatPlace if you want to develop blood pressure, diabetes, hypertension and anxiety disorders
Don't know exact current situation in walmart now but seems very toxic from comments. 4-5 years ago it used to be one of the chill company, my friends were working there and they go like around 9.30-10 and come back at 4-4.30 from office
