Hi , I have Walmart labs onsite interview within 2 weeks for Senior Software Engineer role - Search team at Sunnyvale. Wondering how the format would be ?? What kind/difficulty level of coding and design questions to expect?? Any suggestions. YOE - 5
Are you from Support team currently?
😂😂Walmart😂😂
Don’t go for the interview. Despite of what the job description might say they will put you in a Walmart store as an employee.
And you’ll be mopping floors and billing customers.
Interview standards differ wildly at Walmart Labs depending on the team you are interviewing. For some of the top teams expect interviews that are more difficult than any FAANG interviews. Search team at Sunnyvale happens to be one of the top teams. Search in LinkedIn for profiles of present and past search team employees to form a rough idea of what I m talking about
Thanks for the info
If you happen to land one with an erstwhile member of the @Labs team, then LC is not going to help as questions would be way tougher. Otherwise LC medium / hard should be good enough. Not much experience about data science interviews.
Brush up solr concepts. Make a use case for endeca - solr migration. From algo - ds perspective , search algorithms , graphs and lru caches. Add on if you know Scala.
can you interview with multiple teams at the same time?
Did you share example questions or interview difficulty level?
Did u do ur interview? How was the interview?
