Heard that this team is worst of all in terms of work life balance and everyone leaving due to high pressure. Some people even left due to worsening health issue but leadership is not even listening. Sorry about that on behalf of everyone. Yes the wlb is bad. I don't work for that team directly but have heard from folks in US and IDC. Almost 1/3 of team has left or moved within wlamart.

Dude never ever join walmart. I worked there and have lots of friends still working there. It's a hellhole. Unless you are the sort of typical indian manager (WITCH types), don't join
