I am on the verge of accepting an offer at Walmart for a senior PM role and wanted to understand if people k we exactly what the relocation. Package consisted of. I will need to sell my property in SoCal to move and want to specifically confirm whether the realtor commission that I will have to pay is included in the relocation package or not. I am not worried too much about the other expenses as the realtor commission alone will hit the max cap of the relocation package.
They just give you brokerage fee incurred to find a flat for rent. Rest they included transfer of your stuff from your place to walmart location+ 2 cars I don't think they'll reimburse realtor commission
Were you in the same situation and did you try asking for the brokerage to be included ?
I didn't ask explicitly, it's their policy. I wasn't in this situation, but I have read the terms and conditions carefully
Hi. Did you find out what their relocation assistance is?
were you able to find out?
No not yet
Hi, Do you have any update on this?
I was told about 100 credits, not sure what that means
Isn't this a question to your mobility team?
I have not signed the offer yet and the mobility team can take upto 72 hours after I sign. Would like to know sooner so I can be prepared.
Can we take lump sum amount in Walmart relocation? And who are the 3rd party company for Walmart that help in relocation?
