Want to move from implementation consulting into data analytics

Hi guys ,

Hope all of you are staying safe, I needed your help to switch my career.

I have 5 yoe working on IT projects, 2.5 years as a ETL support engineer and then 2.5 years as a implementation consultant. I also have a masters in MIS.
I want to move into data analytics and help perform analysis. I have some experience in business intelligence as part of the ETL support job.
I have done personal projects such as:
1. Scheduling ETL jobs and managing storage of robinhood stock data and calculating metrics in real time.
2. Analyzing grocery store data and analyze patterns of shoppers and maxiMize revenue from targeting promotions based of shopping history(simple assumptions)
3. Analyzing Apps on android and App Store and find out categories that can be expanded.( criteria: very few apps with high user density)

I have also given interview at Amazon for BIE positions, but their SQL questions were too tough or I was too slow.

Any concrete plan on how to get a job in data analysis in the next 4-5 months would be helpful.
