Want to move into Amazon Echo as PM.
Data scientist. East coast. Would like to move into anything echo/Alexa related either in data or as APM. I don't know that amazon takes APMs. Would product analytics for Alexa/Echo be a good start? Best way to meet recruiters recruiting for those teams specifically? Don't know anyone, so no referrals.:( What TC can I expect?

I have a ton of experience but it appears the struggle is real to compete against internal hires. What are the skill set for PMs in Alexa Org. Thanks
The team do not have superior people as you would imagine, but an external hire at entry level is rare for that team. There is a large internal candidate pool for roles in that team.
