Hi @toast, can I DM you for case study questions?
Hi - I have a case study round next at way fair. Interviews for the Partner Operations manager role. Any pointers on what to expect in the case study will be much appreciated.
Did you get an answer about this?
My case study interview was one of the 4 interviews during loop round. It was a case based on their operations and WoW. The interviewer gave me scenario of how a vendor in Asia is supplying to UK and Germany. They want to reduce cost of inventory. What steps would be followed. It was a walk through type, he kept giving me more info basis questions I asked. Expectation was to be clear on the basics of profitability and supply chain cost saving options
Would you mind telling me your interviewed position level?
I had applied for Sr. Manager partner operations. They lowballed me by offering manager level, salary higher end of the band though. But I ended up declining the offer. Another friend of mine got low balled as well. He applied for AD and got offered SM
