Wayfair Offer Evaluation
I got an Offer from WayFair to join their Finance Application Engineering team Here are the offer details: Role:Software Engineer II Location : Boston Base Salary : 125K RSUs : 500 (4 Yr) Joining Bonus : 10K I have 2.5 YOE I wanted to know if there is any Wiggle Room on the base salary, I was trying for around 135K but the recruiter said thats not going to happen. Can someone please help me here? I have a Google onsite scheduled in 3 weeks but I need to revert back to Wayfair in one week. Real Comments only, no spammers please.

According to what I have, it should be, but they may have changed things as well.

Yes, it's standard 10% at this level.
Which location? What is finance engineering? Are you a software engineer - do you build distributed systems? What will be your role?
