Hey blinders ...just curious to know how does wealthfront works ...! Does anyone has an account in it ?? let’s say for example deposited 5k and they invest on our behalf and takes the 0.25% on the return or is it just like robinhood ,Confused have read in google but I didn’t got the clear picture of it ...! Appreciate if some one clarifies it Thanks in advance
Hmmm So they charge 0.25% of funds we invest in wealthfront app How about the returns then ??
If you refer someone else, you get an additional $5k managed for free. Anything above your fee free limits is charged 0.25% yearly of assets under management, charged in monthly installments.
Yes please refer and what’s the best risk profile I should prefer
Curious does anyone have large account - say coupe of millions in there ? The .25 would quickly add up !
Yes that would add up and it could hurt. That's why it's better to keep a portion of investment with Wealthfront and other for self play like Robinhood or other brokers.
But it seems it's proven strategy that individuals can never beat the market long term so I'd say Wealthfront is the way to go for long term wealth.
Wealthfront is offering 5.05% with referral. You can use this bit.ly/3W0CbtD
It's not 0.25% of the return, it's that of the funds under management.
