For perspective I know of an issue where a Director has openly written out their dislike for an employee on their team and HR has done nothing about it. HR is there to protect the company, not individual contributors. Even though SFDC is seen as “#1 Place to work” You can lol with me. Fake news.
It will matter once it impacts metrics that Wall Street cares about
