Got picked for two different roles Wells Fargo. compliance and other in technology. Levels are manager 4 and 5 respectively. No HR discussion yet. I heard about LTI /RSUs r part of tc but won’t be awarded till one joins. Any idea what that looks like? Wanted to factor that in the tc nego.
The recruiter I spoke to said they don’t really do stock comp until you get to management, but it is up to your boss at that point. They have a Emp stock purchase plan otherwise after tax money with zero discount.
