What additional access do managers get when an employee is on notice period?

Hi Team,

Just curious if managers can see what you are up to in your notice period.
I have been offline or on YouTube primarily and my manager just pinged "what are you up to"... Even though it seemed he pinged because he needed a data point but still... You never know..
