      I don't have enough data points to come up with anything better than a rough guess, but maybe 600-650? That's probably conservative.

      I don't have much visibility into experienced offers but I'd be surprised if we didn't beat that by a good amount.

      I was in a similar situation, and my offer was roughly $50k above previous TC with an expectation that bonus would be higher if I did well.

      That's around what I would've guessed. The bonus bump is real, my first one was about 200k higher than my offer said it would be.
