More than company, I think team is where you should be worried. Great companies have shitty teams and vice versa. Find people you're comfortable with and work well with and you can be happy anywhere. ngl, perks like free food, gym, and such help a lot too tho
The ones that pay you money
Spotify. Sweeds give us free good healthcare, 23 PTO days, 11 public holidays, lunch, and a shitload of travel

I mean itâs an east coast salary. Engineers with 3 YOE are pulling 180ish TC (not including benefits) In Bay Area terms thatâs about average. Would translate to 220ish Not twitter tier, but still fine tbh. Higher TCs are trading WLB or having to live in an obnoxious area like the bay where all that extra money goes to taxes and rent anyway.
