What is the benefit to the customers?
Purely business. Takeover and crush the competition.
Salesforce is a joke. If you're lucky they might buy that CRM company like they did Netsuite
Why do you think it is a joke?
From what I've heard the product hasn't changed much since it's inception
You mean a crappy company buying the penis tower?
Given that Oracle has double the market cap, and backs it up with actual earnings (150 P/E for salesforce... 18 for Oracle), seems like the other way around is more likely. If Salesforce was held to the same rigorous fundamentals that Oracle is held to, Salesforce would have a 12B market cap. That's about what oracle's yearly revenue is, give or take 6-8 weeks... So to answer the question, less than 1%
Chances are almost nil agreed. But your calculation of mktcap is hilarious. This year the guidance of rev is 13B with a growth rate of 25% and you want to put it at 12B mktcap. No wonder you are at oracle ;)
See: 150 P/E. Maybe if you guys had a functional ERP you’d be better at financials
PenisTowerForce
Hey there there, the tower has a foreskin
The tower is def NOT circumsized.
Also what are the chances of Chevron buying Wall Street Journal
It's more likely someone will buy salesforce, they have been shopping themselves around for awhile, but no one cares
Really? How do you knwo?
Well it's common knowledge they tried to get msft to buy them awhile ago, and also to try and go private, half of the recent buying spree is obviously an attempt to bulk up since product wise they have a lot of gap
About the same chance as Workday buying Salesforce
I don’t like Ellison but Benioff is one annoying virtue signaler. Gotta insert himself in every situation to make CRM look cool
Question is why would we buy a crappy product?
