Your TC is amazing for 63 afaik from levels.fyi Amazon L6 will start at TC 220k or so, which is 64 from what I see at MS. You’ll have to come in atleast at L7 for better comp around 300k, which is 65/66 at MS I think.
8 YOE and 63 is brutal. Maybe try to exit at FB or G as a 4-5?

Bad... Microsoft is crazy slow on promotions unfortunately. There are kids in FANG that get to 5 in 3-4 years (which is 64-66ish at Microsoft) and 6 in 7-8 years (67+).
