I'm only at my second office in my career but I feel I hit the jackpot with my new job. I can whenever I want within reason: - drink at work - work remote - play in the game room (ping pong, air hockey, darts, VR, PS4, and RPI arcade rig) - walk trails in a geese preserve sanctuary (lol) - purchase items at the locally stocked emart with my monthly stipend ($75) also 50% can rollover to next month Every Tuesday and Thursday: - lunch is catered by a local restaurant (indian, qdoba, chick-fil-a, KFC, BBQ, etc) Every Wednesday: - pastries, bagels, muffins, etc catered by Panera, einstein bros bagels, etc. Also there is this a robo-coffee machine that grinds beans and makes coffee, cappuccino, etc for you per order. We also awarded the room with best art design on their white boards with a Nintendo switch to use in their team room. My team came in second and we got an Atari console with tons of games on it to play. We also had a Halloween contest but the prizes weren't as great. I also have the volunteer work benefit thing most companies offer. The dress code is very relax, sweats and shorts are common. what makes your workplace unique? I love the positive energy coming from this post. There are plenty of companies here with more benefits, but I'm so tired of seeing the look of expectation on everyone's jaded faces as they dispense their froyo, etc. It's so refreshing to hear someone appreciating what they have!
Thank you!

I just want free food. We don’t even get filtered water.
The perks at my last job were great. Unlimited vacation, free catered food everyday, beer on tap, free coffee and snacks of our choice, free insurance with low deductible, monthly office hang outs, etc. Everything else sucked though.
Which company?
Tubular Labs
Not that much tbh. The coffee / water machine is pretty nice here tbh There are fruits / snacks in the kitchen from time to time Most buildings have a paid barista / bar thing Lunch is pretty good, but not free it costs 2e or something
